- Choose the intended pipe size and find the Inside Area
- The inside Area HDPE Conduit and fill ratio percentage is calculated
- Compare vs. NEC (National Electric Code-2008) Standards Chapter 9, Table 1 : Percentage of Cross Section of Conduit and Tubing for Conductors.
*Blue Diamond uses a Teflon tube inserted in the extruder to protect the power cable jacket from being damaged. As this tube occupies space, fill ratios over 30% with multiple conductors are impractical to manufacture and should not be quoted without plant or engineering approval.
