Blue Diamond Industries is pleased to announce that Scott Robinson has joined the team, effective November 7, 2022, as our National Sales and Business Development Manager. He will report directly to Jaime Shouldis, Director of Sales & Marketing. Scott will be responsible for driving our business development and growth throughout the US. He will also manage our Territory Managers to drive and create more value with our customers in Communication Infrastructure, Power Utility, Industrial, and Department of Transportation market applications. Scott will be focused on increasing BDI’s national presence, expanding our customer base and building strong relationships across the markets we serve to assure our short and long-term success.
Scott has a BS in Purchasing and Logistics Management from Arizona State University. He began his career as a Subcontracts Manager at Raytheon Systems. He has also held various Project Management and Sales roles at Applied Materials, Carlisle IT, Remec, Corning, Molex, Times an Amphenol Company and Rosenberger. He has had success in growing business in the commercial, instrumentation, wireless and military markets by driving strategy, product technology and hands-on customer engagement.
Scott’s knowledge of the telecommunications and industrial markets will be of great value as we continue to execute our strategy of expanding BDI’s presence across the US with our HDPE conduit solutions.
